The Tell Tale Fuzzy is the B part of the seventh episode of Season 4 of Pepper Ann and the seventy-fourth segment overall. It was paired with "The Sellout" and originally aired on February 13, 2000.
Summary[]
Pepper Ann finds a wad of money at the mall and blows it on a velvet painting of Fuzzy, but her conscience begins to bother her, as she feels she should have, at least, turned in the money to mall security or asked around to see if anyone lost it.
Quotes[]
"Tiny Tim" kid in P.A.'s Fantasy: Where's the Christmas goose, Father? Where are the presents? Where's the nondescript money clip with all the money your grouchy old boss gave you for my operation? |
Pepper Ann: I hate you, black velvet Fuzzy painting I've always wanted! |
Trivia[]
- The title of this episode is a twist on Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell Tale Heart".
- This is the first episode Sue Rose, the creator of the show, stars in, playing the voice of Fuzzy. She shows up again in select episodes as Moira the Lunchlady.
- This episode was released on VHS along with "Dances with Ignorance". While being the only time Pepper Ann was officially released on video, it was intended to be used by teachers as an educational tool (in this case, it was to teach kids about honesty and fessing up to mistakes). The video was available on the Disney Educational Productions website as late as 2005.
