Mr. Little is Nicky and Becky's father and Mrs. Little's husband. He is a minor character in Pepper Ann.
As with Mrs. Little, we don't know a lot about him, and never learn his first name. It's shown in a few episodes that he may be a stockbroker, even becoming a client to Milo Kamalani during his stint as a stockbroker in "Career Daze".
