Jo Jo Diggity is Pepper Ann and Moose Pearson's uncle, Janie Diggity's husband, and Ned Diggity's father. He is a police officer and spends his days riding around Hazelnut in his police cart, assisting citizens in need.
Though Jo Jo's job isn't exactly the most glamorous one in the world, he makes the most of it by having good friends and a good family. He occasionally stops off at a local restaurant and picks up something healthy (usually something soy-based or fat-free). He will do anything for his family, but as shown in "Sammy's Song" and "T.G.I.F.", he will not make an exception for them when they break the law, meaning he takes his job very seriously.
