Summary[]
Pepper Ann gets sick of her mom telling her what to do, so she decides to get her upper ear pierced as an expression of independence. But there's a problem: the piercing parlor won't allow minors to get anything pierced without a waiver signed by their parents. When Pepper Ann can't convince her mom to sign the form, she decides to forge Lydia's signature.
