Effie Shrugged is the B segment of the sixth episode of Season 3 of Pepper Ann and the sixtieth segment overall; it premiered as part of Disney's One Saturday Morning on January 15, 2000.

Feeling neglected by Milo and Nicky, Pepper Ann befriends a gifted, overgrown elementary school student who can get P.A. anything she wants—through brute force.

- This episode, along with "Def Comedy Mom" and "The Beans of Wrath" were the only episodes post-season 1 to use traditional cel animation. They were also the only episodes of the series to be animated by Hana Animation, instead of the show's primary animation studio, Sunwoo Animation.
