Def Comedy Mom is the B part of the fourth episode of Season 3 of Pepper Ann and the fifty-fifth segment overall. It was paired with "The Wash-Out" and originally aired on November 6, 1999.
Summary[]
Lydia's witty remarks at a PTA meeting prompts her to try her hand at being a stand-up comic, but Pepper Ann is afraid Lydia will use her most embarrassing moments as comedic fodder.
Quotes[]
Lydia (in Pepper Ann's fantasy): My daughter, Pepper Ann, and I went out the other day to buy her first bra. She got all embarrassed and said, 'Don't say that word!', and I said, 'What, bra? It's nothing to be embarrassed about, it's just a bra!' |
Milo: I'm gonna tell my grandchildren about this. I've always wanted an 'I was there when it began' story. |
Pepper Ann: Mom, that was ten minutes ago. I'm older now, wiser! |
