Summary[]
No one really takes the role of class president very seriously, so Principal Hickey invites a congresswoman to talk to the students about politics in the hope that they will be inspired. Pepper Ann feels empowered and decides to run for class president, but when her archrival Alice Kane begins running against her, the mudslinging gets out of control.
